Carbon steel mechanical structure painted in two-component epoxy RAL colour, or entirely
AISI 304/316 stainless steel made, on request. Possibility to cover the upper platform or the
parts in contact with corrosive products, with AISI 304/316 stainless steel sheet or plates, on
request.
Special applications with the addition of: perimeter protection railing with opening stop gates,
hydraulic lifting by manual lever, platform movement by free wheels or on manual and/or
mechanical tracks, idle rollers for directional load movement, ball-bearing platform for
directional load movement , manually rotating platform, etc.
Lower and upper platform in anti-turnover channel-section bars, safety corner perimeter with
mechanical stop sensors either during lifting and lowering, low voltage (24V) electrical controls
by pushbutton panel or pedal, with hydraulic unit stopping through pushbutton or pedal
release, single-action hydraulic cylinders with drainage and automaic double stop valve
(mechanical parachute device and non-return solenoid valve) for lowering in case of breakage
of pipes.
