STACKER FOR GRAIN AND SPLIT LEATHER
This modern hide stacker has been projected to be linked to the through-feed splitting
machine and it allows the deposit and stacking of GRAIN and SPLIT leather in two
separated working stations, operating independently from each other. The complete
separation of the drives and the special controls adopted permit up to 8 different hide
deposit combinations for each working station. This makes the machine extremely
adaptable to different working needs for every type of leather worked. The deposit
trolleys for the 2 working stations permit the stacking of both large hides (up to 3 x
3,5m) and small hides ( 3 x 1,5m) with 2 deposit speeds. The machine’s reliability has
been studied with particular attention, especially in regard to mechanical wear and the
elimination of potential problems in the electrical system.
