This modern stacker for selection has been projected to allow he deposit of leathers
selected by hand (by the operator) or automatically (surface or thickness measurer) in
different degrees.
It can be linked to: wet-blue sammying machine, buffing-brushing machine, splitting
machine, etc.
The complete separation of the drives and the special controls adopted allow to stack
the leathers either grain with grain, grain with split side, and folding of each leather,
with the possibility to select different programs for each deposit station.
On the control board the operator can program till 12 stacking methods for each
program, according to the processed leather, with an extreme versatility and facility for
the operator.
The PLC control board function is to manage the breakdowns survey and the control of
inertias of motors, with an automatic reset.
Many accessories can be added, such as: longitudinal or transversal cutting devices,
surface or thickness measurer, thermostatic or incision stamping machines.
The reliability of this machine has been carefully studied, either for security,
mechanical and electrical wear.
