AUTOMATIC STACKER, series IC-1,2/UNIV.(standard) and series IC-1,2/COMP.(compacted,
reduced):
General description for each model, UNIV. and COMP.:
This up-to-dated stacker has been projected to allow the deposit of the leathers on horse or
on pallet, with the maximum precision and reliability. The complete separation of the
mechanisms and the particular control technique adopted permit to obtain 12 different
stacking combinations for each trolley. Which makes this machine extremely adaptable to the
various work requirements.
The double moving trolley, in the model IC-2/UNIV. and IC-2/COMP. (we specify that the
number on the side of model IC means: 1 one stacking trolley and 2 two stacking trolleys),
allows to stack either large hides (until 3m x 3m) or medium-sized ones (until 1,5m x 3m),
with double stacking speed. Great attention has been paid either to mechanical wear and to
possible electrical faults.
The automatic stacker mod.IC-1,2/COMP. has been projected in order to reduce the length of
40% in comparison with the model UNIV (standard).
